NOTICE
Proposed Selection of
Project Management Unit (PMU)
The Directorate of Agricultural
Marketing &
Agri Foreign Trade
(DAM&AFT),
Government of Uttar Pradesh,
intends to procure the services
of a
Project Management Unit (PMU)
for providing professional
support in implementation of
programmes relating to
Agricultural Marketing
and Agri Exports.
Prior to issuance of the
Request for Proposal (RFP),
the Directorate shall organize
an Early Market Engagement
(EME) meeting in physical mode
to invite comments,
suggestions and feedback
from interested and
prospective bidders,
as well as other relevant
stakeholders,
on the proposed Draft RFP.

pre-procurement consultation intended solely
for obtaining market feedback.
It shall not be construed as an invitation to
bid or as commencement of any procurement process.

Participation in the EME process or submission
of comments / suggestions shall not confer any
right, preference, claim or advantage to any
participant in the subsequent tender process.

The Directorate reserves the right to accept,
reject or partially accept any comments,
suggestions or recommendations received
during the consultation process.
The Directorate may suitably modify
the Draft RFP or Final RFP wherever considered
necessary.
The decision of the Directorate shall be final
and binding.

The Directorate shall not be responsible
for any expenditure, cost, liability or expense
incurred by any participant while attending
the EME meeting or while submitting
comments and suggestions.

निदेशालय द्वारा इच्छुक एवं
संभावित बोलीदाताओं तथा
अन्य सम्बन्धित हितधारकों से
प्रस्तावित Draft RFP पर
सुझाव एवं टिप्पणियाँ आमंत्रित
करने हेतु प्रारम्भिक बाजार
परामर्श (EME) बैठक का
आयोजन भौतिक मोड में
